Enjoy a weekend of yoga, mediation, walking and excellent vegetarian food at the Burren Yoga and Meditation Centre perfectly situated deep in the spectacular surrounding scenery of the Burren. With its peaceful relaxed and serene atmosphere it is the perfect place to get away to learn or deepen your yoga and meditation practice while connecting with nature on our daily walks and hikes in the Burren Hills or by the Sea. Weekends will consist of yoga sequences designed to stimulate, cleanse and tone your body from the inside out with poses that will stimulate the circulatory and lymphatic system helping clear out toxins. Also on the weekends we explore mediations and reflections for releasing stagnant mental patterns and finally connecting with nature enjoying scenic walks in the inspiring burren landscape followed by delicious vegetarian food. Niamh also organizes yoga, meditation and walking holidays in Cong County Mayo in Lisloughrey Lodge which stands proudly on a spectacular ten acre site overlooking Lough Corrib, adjacent to Ashford Castle. Panoramic lake views, mature woodlands and Lisloughrey Quay combine together to produce a truly unique setting to get away for a weekend of yoga, meditation, walking and deep relaxation.

Cost 280 euro – Includes 2 nights bed and Breakfast and evening meal on the Saturday at Lisloughrey Lodge. 5 classes (8 hours) of Yoga and Meditation with organized walk. Yoga Handouts of Sequences for home practice and Chakra Meditation Notes. Accommodation is twin sharing.

Extras – Also available are Treatments at Lisloughrey Spa Therapy Rooms and Outdoor Hot Tub. If you wish to have a single room there will be also an extra charge.

YOGA DAYS

A Day Of Detox Yoga At French and Vanoli Life Centre, Oranmore, Galway City

Start the morning off with a vinyasa detox flow sequence designed to specifically stimulate, cleanse, tone and nourish your body from the inside out with sun salutations and poses that will stimulate the circulatory and lymphatic system helping to clear out toxins. We will also explore meditations and reflections for releasing stagnant mental patterns. This Detox Yoga Flow will help remove the physical and emotional impurities that prevent you from achieving optimal health and will end in Deep Relaxation leaving you rejuvenated and refreshed.

Reiki/ Seichem and Golden Dragon Level 1.

Learn to channel healing to yourself, friends and family. Reiki is a wonderful tool, if you work in the holistic field or if you just would like to learn how to use healing energy. You do not have to be a gifted natural healer to be able to learn to give Reiki, anyone can receive the initiation of Reiki Healing. This is something that we were naturally born with and just never use. It accelerates the bodies natural healing abilities to heal on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level.

This weekend is for anyone who has already been initiated into Level 1 Reiki Seichem. You will be taught Reiki Seichem symbols to deepen your healing abilities and how to use them. These symbols help us to channel our energy in a more focused way, to change mental and emotional patterns and will qualify you as a Reiki Seichem Practioner.
