Niamh has been in the Fitness and Yoga Industry for 10 years now with a varied background of Professional Dance, Fitness, Yoga and Anatomy / Physiology training. She has been a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer for many years in some of Ireland and Australia’s best known gyms. She travelled for many years experiencing different classes around the world and in Australia she was introduced to Bikram Hatha Yoga and went on to Los Angeles, California to train as a Bikram Hatha Yoga Instructor.

Niamh was the first Bikram Yoga teacher in Ireland and Galway. She has been teaching Bikram Yoga in Galway for the past 6 years and has since continued her studies of Yoga becoming an Ashtanga Yoga Instructor and Yoga Therapist. She further continues her yoga training by attending workshops with some of the worlds top Yoga Instructors such as David Swenson (USA), Grenville Counsins (U.K.), Dave Robson and Dave Gelleneem (Canada), Richard Spahn (U.K.).

Niamh is committed to providing classes of the highest level and with her patience and dedication she addresses her students individual needs and encourages them to reach their goals, over the years she has seen her students transformed which in turn encourages her to continue teaching, giving her students a much better quality of life.
